A Piston rock splitter is composed of an oil cylinder, several pistons, several sealing components and high-pressure pipes. Pipes are divided into an oil inlet pipe and a oil return pipe. Its pistons will extend when the hydraulic oil is infused,and its pistons will retract when the oil is returned,This is a working process.
Usually for broken objects(such as concretes and rocks), its anti-pressure ability is very strong, but the tensile strength is fragile. Therefore, diamond angle piston rock splitter takes advantage of its fragile tensile strength. It uses high pressure oil as the energy source. After the ultra-high pressure oil driven by the hydraulic pump unit is mechanically amplified by the supercharger, the oil cylinder of the hydraulic piston rock generates thousands of tons of driving force, which pushes the hydraulic pistons in the splitting rod to extend out and split rocks in designed direction.
