Pile breaker is a mechanical equipment used to break concrete pile heads. It can transmit power to multiple oil cylinders through the hydraulic system, causing the oil cylinders to generate high pressure, thereby pushing the fiber rods and squeezing the pile body to achieve the purpose of breaking the pile head. Pile breaker usually consists of main machine, hydraulic system, control system, drill rod and other parts.
As the name implies, without affecting the function of the excavator, the excavator can be transformed into a hydraulic rock drilling rig, down-the-hole drilling rig, or spiral drilling rig by using the excavator's own breaker oil circuit, connecting a special hydraulic conversion device, and removing the bucket.
