The working part of the filling machine consists of cylinder, piston, piston rod, sealing group, liquid inlet and outlet valve, etc.
The cylinder of the filling machine is the main container for liquid inlet and outlet. It is in a low temperature state and is insulated by a vacuum jacket to keep the liquid inside it at a low temperature for a long time. All parts are made of chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel and related composite materials with good low-temperature performance and small thermal conductivity.
The piston and piston rod are integrated. The piston ring group adopts an expansion ring seal type with very small leakage. The piston rod shaft seal adopts a combined axial preload seal, which is far away from the cold end and is always in a hot state to maintain elasticity.
The liquid inlet is axial, ensuring a low suction pressure head. The radial liquid discharge outlet is in the middle of the filling machine head. The liquid discharge valve group is installed from the joint. It is easy to assemble and disassemble without disassembling other parts of the pump body. . There is a filter in front of the cylinder liquid inlet valve to prevent impurities and foreign matter from entering and damaging the pump valve and moving parts. The outlet of the drain pipe is connected with a condensation buffer to reduce the impact pressure of gas during operation, reduce high-pressure pulsation, and compensate for the cold loss during operation.
The transmission box is the driving part of the filling machine. It uses a reduction motor as the power source, drives the eccentric shaft, connecting rod, pin shaft, and cross guide to transmit power to the piston rod through the coupling, and is supported by the intermediate body cantilever The entire pump body.
The connection between the cross guide and the piston ring adopts a finely adjustable centering structure, which reduces the torque caused by centering errors.
Due to the lower speed of 280rpm and the short piston stroke of 28mm, the piston speed is small and the piston ring life is long.
