Splitting machine is a machine used to split rock. It is mostly used in construction, decoration, engineering construction, and ore mining.
The splitting machine consists of two parts: a hydraulic power unit and a splitting gun. The ultra-high-pressure oil output from the pump station drives the cylinder to generate a huge driving force. After mechanical amplification, the splitting object can be split in a predetermined direction.
The splitting machine is mainly used for construction stone mining operations: secondary disintegration of large ores (metallic ores, non-metallic ores); partial and complete demolition operations of concrete components (cement pavement, machine tool foundations, bridges and house components), which is in line with the traditional methods in the above fields. Compared with other operating methods, the splitting machine has a series of advantages such as simple structure, convenient operation, high operating efficiency, low cost, safety, energy saving, and energy saving management.
